This is not a forms service. A Minnesota attorney of record represents you — one client, you — and drafts your pleadings and decree from the firm’s attorney-maintained clause library. Before you sign any agreement, an attorney reviews it with you so you understand exactly what it does.

Built around how filings actually go wrong
Paperwork gets bounced for checklist details; retirement-account orders get drafted and then never finished. The program is built against the county filing checklists for all five counties we serve, with filings prepared to be accepted the first time — and if one is rejected, corrected and refiled at no charge to you — and retirement-division (QDRO) coordination tracked to completion when it’s part of your quote.
